Deposit: $1,100 per person (covers hotel reservation and administrative/consultation fees)

all hotel reservations are confirmed but can be modified, so just let me know if your plans change
the total cost for the hotels was almost exactly what I had estimated ($200/night), at the moment, you each owe me $15; but let's deal with that later, I can keep a running tab in case there are other things I pay for as the group leader and I will "bill" you later
the hotel in Uppsala includes breakfast and a "light evening meal"
I went with a different hotel in Stockholm than originally planned; the Stockholm hotel is an "apartment hotel," so there are kitchens in the room, laundry facilities available, and a grocery store nearby. The building has a cafe if you prefer to buy breakfast (but it's not included).

there is a city pass available for Stockholm; but I am not sure I recommend it; you'd need to do the math and see if you'd benefit from it; either way, it gives you ideas of things you might want to add to your itinerary in Stockholm
